Yes. CD15 (Lewis X) is commonly used as a myeloid/granulocytic marker — strongly expressed on neutrophils and other granulocytes and often on myeloid-derived cells. However, it is not entirely specific: CD15 can appear on some monocytes and certain lymphoid or epithelial tumor cells (e.g., Reed–Sternberg cells), so interpretation should use additional markers and clinical context.

CD15 positive means cells express the CD15 surface antigen (a carbohydrate/Lewis X epitope) detected by immunohistochemistry or flow cytometry. CD15 is normally on granulocytes and some monocytes, and can be found on Reed–Sternberg cells and certain tumors. Its presence helps identify granulocytic/myeloid lineage, supporting diagnosis and classification of leukemias, lymphomas, and other cancers.

CD15 and CD30 are cell-surface markers (clusters of differentiation) used in blood and cancer diagnostics. CD15 is a carbohydrate antigen (Lewis X) found on neutrophils, some monocytes and in Reed–Sternberg cells of classical Hodgkin lymphoma. CD30 is a transmembrane receptor in the TNF receptor family expressed on activated lymphocytes and on Reed–Sternberg and certain lymphoma cells; both aid diagnosis and guide therapy.
