Symptoms of a blocked artery in the leg include cramping, aching or tightness in the calf, thigh or buttock when walking (claudication), numbness, tingling or weakness, cold, pale or bluish skin, shiny skin and hair loss on the leg, weak or absent pulse in the foot, slow-healing sores or ulcers, and—if sudden—severe pain, numbness or paralysis indicating acute limb ischemia.
