A CT scan of the paranasal sinuses (PNS) with contrast is a computerized X‑ray imaging test performed after intravenous dye to better delineate sinus anatomy, soft tissues, blood vessels and abnormal enhancement. It helps evaluate infections, inflammation, tumors, bone erosion and vascular involvement.
