Reports and DICOM images are shared via email and WhatsApp. Referring doctors can receive the radiology report directly for faster clinical decision-making. CD copies of scan images are also provided on request.

Staff are aware that some patients experience anxiety during MRI. The process is explained step by step before the scan. Open MRI options or mild sedation under physician guidance may be discussed for patients with significant claustrophobia — confirm at booking.

CT scans use ionising radiation but at controlled, clinically justified doses. The centre follows AERB (Atomic Energy Regulatory Board) guidelines on radiation dose management and uses lead shielding for patients where applicable.
