Yes, with patient's ID proof and authorization. Or we can send directly to patient on WhatsApp/email for privacy.

Do you do X-ray and ultrasound?

Yes, digital X-ray and ultrasound available. Radiologist reports provided. Prior appointment recommended to avoid waiting time.

Do you do COVID-19 testing?

Yes, RT-PCR and rapid antigen tests available. RT-PCR results in 6-8 hours. Home collection also available for COVID tests.

How long do test results take?

Routine blood tests: 3-5 hours. X-ray and ECG: same day. Advanced tests like cultures: 24-48 hours. We send reports on WhatsApp and email.

What happens if sample gets rejected?

We repeat the test free of cost if sample quality issue is from our end. New sample collected at your convenience.

Can I cancel/reschedule my appointment?

Yes, call us or message on WhatsApp at least 2 hours before appointment time. No cancellation charges.
